The challenge
Light Bright Paws needed to move from a prototype to a multi-region production platform on a tight runway. The founders needed senior engineering capacity without burning months on hiring.
Our approach
We embedded a four-person pod — product designer, two senior engineers, and a tech lead — and ran two-week increments. Architecture, design system, and CI/CD were in place by week three.
What we shipped
A production web app, native mobile clients, an admin console, and a real-time service layer. Observability, error budgets, and on-call rotation came online before public launch.
The result
Launch traffic was handled without incident. The platform scaled past initial targets in the first quarter, and the in-house team now owns development with our engineers in a part-time advisory role.
